Hi, I’m Julie



I have been teaching Pilates, Stretching and Dance for over 18 years, and absolutely love what I do! As a former dancer, I love the way Stretching makes me feel and helps me with my posture and body awareness, so that I can continue moving and dancing and doing all the other things I love.

My Everyday Pilates course was designed to give you a gentle introduction to Pilates that will allow you to do a little bit of movement everyday.

And the Feel Good Stretches course was made to give you a gentle introduction to Stretching, with several different class formats to show you many different options. It is for any body, at any fitness level who just wants to increase their mobility and overall feel better.

These two courses packaged together will help you start to increase your body awareness, help improve your strength and posture and overall feel better. Your body will begin to crave that feeling of moving well everyday.
