Whether you're a competitive athlete or just starting your fitness journey, you will learn the STOTT PILATES® Method in a friendly environment, in which your individual concerns are heard and addressed. Offering private or semi-private training, you will be well on your way help you achieve your mind-body fitness goals.


Hi I'm Julie, your Pilates Coach!



I have been teaching Pilates for 17 years, and absolutely love what I do! As a former dancer, I love the way Pilates makes me feel and helps me with my posture and body awareness, so that I can continue moving and dancing and doing all the other things I love.

I am a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor, trained in all of the Pilates apparatus as well as the mat work. I am also certified in Total Barre™ and Zumba, and love to be able to combine my passion for dance and fitness together in these classes. I have also been studying more about Fascia and its effect on our well being and movement patterns, and am certified in the Roll Model Method TM and most recently been certified as a Yin Yoga instructor. 

I am passionate about Pilates and find it thrilling to enable clients to develop a deeper level of body awareness and core strength while improving their overall health and lifestyle.
